By purchasing products from Global Medical Mart, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product was delivered damaged or defective.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
  • The product remains unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.

All return requests are subject to inspection and approval by Global Medical Mart.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been used or installed.
  • Custom-made or special-order equipment.
  • Imported products ordered specifically for a customer.
  • Products damaged due to improper handling or misuse.
  • Consumable medical supplies that have been opened.
  • Products with missing accessories, manuals, or original packaging.

Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team within the eligible return period.
  2. Provide your invoice or proof of purchase.
  3. Describe the reason for the return.
  4. Include photos or videos if the product is damaged or defective.
  5. Wait for return authorization before sending the product.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Inspection

Once the returned product is received, our technical team will inspect it to determine whether it meets the return requirements.

You will be informed of the inspection result as soon as possible.

Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
  • If the original payment method is unavailable, an alternative refund method may be arranged.
  • Refund processing may take 7–14 business days after approval.

Shipping charges, installation fees, and service charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Product Exchanges

We will replace a product if:

  • The incorrect product was delivered.
  • The product arrived damaged during delivery.
  • A manufacturing defect is confirmed.

Replacement products are subject to stock availability.

Warranty Claims

Products covered by a manufacturer’s warranty should be processed under the applicable warranty terms.

Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by misuse, unauthorized repairs, accidents, electrical faults, or natural disasters.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting our customer service team.

Once an order has been shipped or imported specifically for a customer, cancellation may not be possible or may be subject to cancellation charges.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Do not install or use the product.
  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photographs of the packaging and damaged item.

We will investigate the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.

Limitation of Liability

Global Medical Mart reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected product, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
